Sunstone is widely regarded as a very pretty stone, being deep orange with tiny flecks of gold inside. When a sunstone catches sunlight, the sparkling of the rays inside are quite dazzling, and despite how common the stone is, it is very frequently used in jewelry.

Generally speaking, when a gem is used for enchantments, it is either embedded into the metal of the weapon while it cools, or crushed into a fine powder and incorporated into the metal itself as it is forged. Finally, sunstones are able to be used for an alchemist's focusing array.

General Use

By far the most common use of sunstones is in jewelry, but a very close second is in lanterns which never dim, which are hung on the streets of extremely rich cities. Those same cities usually also give their law enforcement devices with sunstones inside them to give them the ability to shine light in dark places. Light produced by a sunstone is generally equivalent to that of the sun, except for alchemical purposes.

Weaponry and Armor

Weapons are typically not made with sunstones, except by hunters of Voudr seeking an edge on their monstrous foes. Armor is similarly specifically made, though many more people are fond of having a helmet light or the face of their shield shine brightly.

There are no Sundstone Artifacts on Anoma, perhaps you can change this.
